What is a retainer & why is it necessary?

“A retainer is a fee paid in advance to someone, in order to secure or keep their services when required”.

All retainers are non-refundable & non-transferable. This allows me to reserve a date & time for you & your session. I will NOT hold a date or time without a retainer. Remaining amount of session is due the day of your session.

Payments Later Than 10 Days Will Accumulate 3% Interest Per Day. Payments Later Than 30 Days Will Accumulate 10% Per Day.

If you cancel your session within 48 hours or less, you will be required to pay 100% of the total balance owing and any late charges that may accumulate.

*Please cancel or reschedule with a minimum of 72 hours notice whenever possible to avoid any further charges*

Please Be On Time For Your Session!

If you are late to your session, the amount of time you are late WILL be deducted from your session. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your session will be terminated & no refunds will be issued.

Please note that if a new date must be chosen for your photo session there will be a $30.00 Rescheduling Fee added to the total cost of your session.

In home / Lifestyle Sessions Are Available BUT:

1) There is a fuel surcharge of $0.65/km (for anything outside of Brandon)

2) Please have the room/s you would like to use as clean and clutter free as possible. This is especially important with smaller rooms, as I also need room to set up lighting & move around for different / multiple angles.

3) Mini Sessions will NOT be available for in home / lifestyle sessions that are not in Brandon. *Must be a larger package to qualify*

I will NOT tolerate any rude or disrespectful behaviour, gestures or language directed at myself, or anyone else included in the session, or in the proximity thereof.

If this does occur, the session will be terminated immediately whether completed or not, and no refunds will be issued. No exceptions.

Guidelines:

All online photo galleries will be delivered 3-4 weeks after the date of your session (unless you have requested rush editing; an “a la carte” option).

Of course if I finish editing your session earlier, I will send the gallery earlier!
